- Build awareness of the work of artists with disabilities
- Build audiences from within the community of people with disabilities
- Increase accessibility to arts and cultural events during and after the festival
- Build awareness of accessible programs and venues within the cultural community
- Provide greater sensitivity about the disability community within the cultural and hospitality communities
- Promote Greater Philadelphia as a welcoming, accessible destination for people with disabilities and their families and friends.
